Ahh..!!! Today is day no. 2 on protein diet. Here's what i had for today:
Breakfast
- 1 hard boiled egg
- 3 pcs of nuggets
- 1 black tea
Lunch
- Stir fried mixed vege (aka 'Loh Hon Cai')
Dinner
- Stir fried egg with long beans
- Curry sotong (minus all the gravy of course)
- Stir Fried 'siew pak choy'
- 1 bowl of peanut w lean meat soup
There u go....the menu served on day 2. So far, has been adapting quite well to this protein. diet. Previously, i have doubts in starting on this diet cos only allowed to take protein and no carbo at all. A bit difficult since i love to eat bread. After doing it for 2 days, i find quite bearable cos there's a wide variety of food that i get to enjoy too.
