Diet - Day 2

This is what i had for dinner on day 1 of my diet:
  • Steamed pompret
  • Stir fried bitter gourd with lean meat
  • Stir fried snow peas with garlic

Ahh..!!! Today is day no. 2 on protein diet. Here's what i had for today:

Breakfast
  • 1 hard boiled egg
  • 3 pcs of nuggets
  • 1 black tea

Lunch

  • Stir fried mixed vege (aka 'Loh Hon Cai')

Dinner

  • Stir fried egg with long beans
  • Curry sotong (minus all the gravy of course)
  • Stir Fried 'siew pak choy'
  • 1 bowl of peanut w lean meat soup

There u go....the menu served on day 2. So far, has been adapting quite well to this protein. diet. Previously, i have doubts in starting on this diet cos only allowed to take protein and no carbo at all. A bit difficult since i love to eat bread. After doing it for 2 days, i find quite bearable cos there's a wide variety of food that i get to enjoy too.
